If you are using and "older" version of ZoneAlarm and are experiencing problems accessing some websites it may be due to the Privacy
Control settings in ZoneAlarm. We recommend you open ZoneAlarm by double clicking on the Z icon in the tray near
the clock, choose Privacy on the left and turn off Cookie Control, Ad Blocking
and Mobile Code Control and then download, save and install the latest version
of ZoneAlarm here:

If you are using the latest version of ZoneAlarm, we recommend you follow the steps
