Some Windows Vista (Service Pack 1) users have been advised by the Windows Security Centre that ZoneAlarm's AntiVirus has been "reporting its status to the Windows Security Center in a format that is no longer supported." See picture below:




You can safely disregard this Windows alert as you are still fully protected by ZoneAlarm. If virus scanning was turned off or if virus signatures were out of date, the Windows Security Center would show a red notification indicating the problem.

Microsoft are aware of the problem and are working on a solution to correct this Windows Security Center alert.

An alternative work around at this time is to install Windows Vista Service Pack 2: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935791/
