If you have been experiencing problems printing (in particular with very slow
printing) since installing ZoneAlarm, we recommend you try the following:
Open ZoneAlarm and go to AntiVirus/AntiSpyware on the left and then click the
Advanced Options button on the bottom right. In the Advanced Options window,
click Exceptions under Virus Management ("not" Spyware Management). Click "Add
File" and copy and paste in the following line and click OK:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\
Restart the computer and test printing again.
