If you have ZoneAlarm installed and have been experiencing problems connecting to the Bigpond Wireless network, please ensure you have the latest version of ZoneAlarm installed, which is available for download here: http://www.zonealarm.com.au/main/updates.htm

If you already have the latest version of ZoneAlarm installed and are still experiencing problems, please follow the steps below to reset ZoneAlarm but be aware that this will remove your program permission settings (so you may want to make note of them), but re-establishing them is a simple process.

1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the Z icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after your computer restarts
you may need to adjust your ZoneAlarm settings.

If resetting ZoneAlarm does not fix your problem, please open ZoneAlarm by going to the Windows START menu, Programs, ZoneAlarm and choose ZoneAlarm Security. After ZoneAlarm opens, go to "Program Control" and then "Programs".

Please check for the following programs in the programs list and if found change any Red Crosses to Green Ticks:
Host Process for Windows Services (crosses often for Server, Internet)
QMI Connection Manager (crosses often for Server, Internet)

Once completed, please close the ZoneAlarm window and restart the computer. The Bigpond Wireless access program should now function correctly.
