Some users of PC Tune Up, which is included with ZoneAlarm Extreme Security 8.0.400.020 (and below), have been experiencing problems where the computer will not restart successfully immediately after using the "Defragment" option in PC Tune Up.

The only known workaround is to either temporarily turn off the AntiVirus or shutdown ZoneAlarm completely before Defragmenting the registry. We recommend turning off the AntiVirus temporarily.

We expect this problem will be fixed in upcoming versions of ZoneAlarm.
