Some users have reported problems with ZoneAlarm not “automatically” updating the AntiVirus/AntiSpyware or running AntiVirus/AntiSpyware scans at “Scheduled” times after installing the latest version of ZoneAlarm over the top of an existing ZoneAlarm installation.

This issue appears to be the result of problem encountered during the upgrade process. To rectify this issue, we recommend you follow the steps in the following Knowledge Base Article:
