There may be a conflict between the ZoneAlarm/ForceField toolbar in Firefox and the Google Toolbar for Firefox. If you have both of these toolbars installed, we recommend you disable the Google Toolbar.

To disable the Google Toolbar in Firefox, please do the following:
Open Firefox, left click "ZoneAlarm" on the ZoneAlarm toolbar, and choose "Open Unprotected Browser" (If available). If a new browser window opens, continue the instructions below in the "new" browser window. If not, continue in the current browser window.

In Firefox, click the "Tools" menu and choose "Add-ons" Select "Extensions" up the top if it is not already selected, find and select the "Google Toolbar" entry and click the "Disable" button and click "Restart Firefox" to complete the process.
