Please open ZoneAlarm by going to the Windows START menu, Programs, ZoneAlarm and choose "ZoneAlarm Security". Click Program Control on the left and make sure that Program Control is on the Auto Level, Smart Defense Advisor is on Auto and Automatic Lock is OFF. Now go to the Programs on the left make sure that Connection Manager and Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has three Green bars for the Trust Level and ticks for all the options in the Access, Server but NOT the Send Mail column.
