Having more than one AntiVirus program installed at the same time can cause serious problems. We recommend you uninstall all other equivalent products to ZoneAlarm such as other Firewalls and AntiVirus (assuming the version of ZoneAlarm you purchased has AntiVirus protection), in order to ensure there are no conflicts with ZoneAlarm. Failing to do so can result in problems with your computer and ZoneAlarm.
