Some users of Mozilla Firefox 3.5.1 (and above) and ZoneAlarm Extreme Security 8.0.400.020 (and below) and ZoneAlarm ForceField 1.3.153.000 (and below), have found that the filename and filename extension are missing from the save dialogue when downloading certain files from various websites. This problem was found to be caused by changes made by the Mozilla Firefox 3.5.1 update.

Newer versions of ZoneAlarm Extreme Security and ZoneAlarm ForceField are not affected by this problem. To download the latest versions, please click here:
