What do I do with the license key you have sent me?

To enter the license key, please open ZoneAlarm by going to the Windows START menu, Programs, ZoneAlarm and choose "ZoneAlarm Security".
1. Go to Overview on the left
2. Then click on Product Info below
3. Go to the "licensing information" area (below "version info") and click the "Change Lic" button and enter your license key.
4. COPY and PASTE the registration key into the far left field as indicated by the red arrow and select "Apply" and then "OK". Please do NOT attempt to type in the key. Due to the length and complexity of the alphanumeric key, mistakes can be made very easily.
* If the license key is NOT accepted, please delete the old license key completely from the fields and try again.

If the key IS accepted, please close the ZoneAlarm window and open it again to verify that the new key is now showing. If the new key is not showing please restart the computer and check again.

If the license key is NOT accepted, please do the following:
- Ensure you have installed ZoneAlarm Security Suite and not a different version of ZoneAlarm.
- Delete the old license key completely from all the key fields and copy and paste the new license key in again.
- Ensure that the Windows account you are logged on with has Administrator privileges. This problem is more common with work/business computers than home computers.
