ENTER LICENSE KEY AGAIN:
Try entering the license key again. To enter your license key, please open ZoneAlarm by going to the Windows START menu, Programs, ZoneAlarm and choose "ZoneAlarm Security".
1. Go to Overview on the left
2. Click Product Info below Overview
3. Go to the "Licensing Information" area (below "version info") and click the "Change Lic" button and enter your license key.
4. COPY and PASTE the registration key into the far left field as indicated by the red arrow and select "Apply" and then "OK". Please do NOT attempt to type in the key. Due to the length and complexity of the alphanumeric key, mistakes can be made very easily.
* If the license key is NOT accepted, please delete the old license key completely from the fields and try again.


KEY STILL NOT ACCEPTED:
If the key is still not accepted, please ensure that you have installed the correct ZoneAlarm product or you will not be able to successfully save the license key. If you are not sure which version you paid for, please check your purchase confirmation email.

If the wrong version is installed, please download the correct version of ZoneAlarm, uninstall your current ZoneAlarm installation and install the correct version. If you need to download the correct version of ZoneAlarm, please do so here: http://www.zonealarm.com.au/main/updates.htm

Please also ensure that the Windows account you are logged on with has Administrator privileges. If you are logged on with an account with Limited privileges, the license key cannot not be successfully saved. This is not common with everyday Home computers or computers owned by Individuals, but is more common with Business/Corporate computers.
