 If you are having trouble after installing ZoneAlarm, the first step is to determine whether ZoneAlarm is really the cause. Follow these steps:

1. Open ZoneAlarm and click on Overview and then Preferences
2. in the General section, untick "Load Zone Alarm at startup".
3. Restart your computer, then try to connect to the Internet

If you are still not able to connect to the Internet after restarting your computer, the problem does not lie with your Zone Alarm Pro settings.

If you are able to connect to the Internet or remain connected after following the steps above, the problem may lie with your Zone Alarm settings. Please follow the steps in the following article to ensure ZoneAlarm is operating correctly:
