If you see an "Invalid Win 32" error message when attempting to install/update ZoneAlarm, the installation file is unable to operate due to a problem encountered during the download process. Often these types of problems are temporary, so please delete the file and try downloading it again here: http://www.zonealarm.com.au/main/updates.htm

If the problem persists, try emptying your browser’s cache. If you are unsure how to do this, please see the step by step instructions here: http://www.usyd.edu.au/elearning/student/trouble/clear_cache.shtml

If you still have the same problem, you may need to download ZoneAlarm from a different computer and transfer it to your computer using a CD or USB stick. Otherwise you may wish to call the Sales and Administration Department on 03 9761 0242 during business hours and purchase a CD.
