Junk/Spam Filter missing or not working in Outlook or Outlook Express

OUTLOOK EXPRESS:
Please open Outlook Express and select the “View” menu, “Layout”, and make sure
that "Toolbar" is ticked and then close Outlook Express.
Open ZoneAlarm, select “Email Protection” on the left and make sure that the “Junk E-Mail Filter” is ON.
If you did not find the “Toolbar” in Outlook Express please close Outlook
Express, open ZoneAlarm, select “Email Protection” on the left and make sure
that “Inbound MailSafe Protection”, “Outbound MailSafe Protection” and “Junk
E-Mail Filter” are OFF. Open Outlook Express and then close it again. Then
re-enable “Inbound MailSafe Protection”, “Outbound MailSafe Protection” and
“Junk E-Mail Filter” in ZoneAlarm and open Outlook Express again and the toolbar
should be visible.
MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK
Please open Outlook and select the “View” menu, “Toolbars”, and make sure that
“ZoneAlarm Anti-Spam” is ticked and then close Outlook.
Open ZoneAlarm, select “Email Protection” on the left and make sure that the “Junk E-Mail Filter” is ON.
If the “ZoneAlarm” toolbar in Outlook is still not visible, please close
Outlook, open ZoneAlarm, select “Email Protection” on the left and make sure
that “Inbound MailSafe Protection”, “Outbound MailSafe Protection” and “Junk
E-Mail Filter” are OFF. Open Outlook and then close it again. Then re-enable
“Inbound MailSafe Protection”, “Outbound MailSafe Protection” and “Junk E-Mail
Filter” in ZoneAlarm and open Outlook again and the toolbar should be visible.
If you are using Outlook 2003 please select the Help menu and choose About
Microsoft Office Outlook and click Disabled Items. For Outlook 2007, please
select the Help menu and choose Disabled Items. Ensure that the "ZoneAlarm", "MailBuddy"
or "SonicWall Anti-Spam Desktop" Addin is not disabled. If it is disabled please
select it and choose Enable and restart Outlook.
