Secure Tec will refund the total amount of funds paid to our company under the following circumstances:

  • If the software provided is faulty.
     
  • If the product is faulty, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund.
     
  • If the customer questions the electronic payment deducted via their credit card.
     
  • If the customer did not receive delivery of the product.
     
  • If the software does not match the desired outcome the customer expected.
     
  • If the customer finds the software incompatible with other software on their computer system.
     
  • If our support team is unable to get the software working on the customers computer.

Refund criteria

The customer needs to agree to the following to receive refunds;

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase from Secure Tec.
     
  • The customer must delete the software from their computer and refrain from using the refunded software.
     
  • The customer must delete any license keys issued.
     
  • The customer agrees that Secure Tec is not liable once the refund is made to the customer.
     
  • The customer agrees that Secure Tec is not liable for any damage the customer alleges the software has caused.
     
  • Refunds will NOT be made if the customer finds the software available for a cheaper price from another retailer.
     
  • Refunds will NOT be given after 90 days of the software purchase, unless the software is faulty.
