If you are downloading the file from www.zonealarm.com:

1. To find a list of available ZoneAlarm free trial installers, please go to: http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en-us/anti-virus-spyware-free-download.htm. Choose the product you wish to install and click the "Download" button on this page.

2. When a File Download window appears, click "Save".
   

3. Select "Desktop" as the location by clicking Desktop in the column on the left, then click "Save".
   

4. After the download is complete, start the installation process by doing one of the following:
   
   • Click "Run" in the Download Complete window.
   
   
   • Or, go to your Desktop and double-click on the ZoneAlarm file icon you just downloaded.
   
   
   NOTE: If any Windows Security Warnings appear, click "Run".

If you are running installer file from a CD:

1. Insert the CD into your computer's CD drive to run the installer automatically.
   
   Click Download to check for the latest version of your product.
   
   
   

2. Follow the onscreen instructions that appear.
   
   The easiest thing to do is click Next on each screen so that the standard settings are applied for you.
   
   
   
   
   Product registration is optional; you can deselect the checkbox to click Next.
   
   

3. Click Restart to complete the installation.
